Job Description
An Operations Technician at Online Radiology is responsible for the coordination of images to be read by OLR doctors. This process requires monitoring incoming orders and images, matching orders and images, ensuring all necessary data has been included, data entry, identifying and trouble-shooting non-technical issues, and assisting doctors and technicians when additional information is needed or conference calls are requested. To properly support these activities, a large volume of inbound and outbound phone calls will require professional, courteous, respectful, and timely communication. Due to the nature of business, multi-tasking, following procedure, follow-up, extreme attention to detail, relationship management, and sense of urgency is critically required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and match patient images and orders
- Image count verification
- Perform data entry of faxed orders
- Verify hospitals requesting service is covered at time of request
- Perform outbound calls requesting missing images, orders, worksheets, or any missing or additional data or images requested by Doctors
- Take inbound calls
- Coordinate conference calls for Doctors
- Identify and trouble-shoot issues and mismatched studies
- Provide documentation of all study activity
- Other duties as assigned

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- customer related experience a plus.
- Medical background a plus
